Enrolment of new intakes is every 3 years. Candidates must be school leavers with at least 5 O’levels and some dance background.
Every three years in September, candidates go through a 3 week-audition process in the form of an intensive workshop as per regular timetable with a full schedule of classes. This is for candidates to really understand what they are engaging in. During the audition period, the candidates temporarily take classes like full time students would, in order to experience the various dance techniques and subjects being taught during the 3-year training programme.
A showcase is organized at the end of the 3-week audition, in order to also appraise candidates on their performance abilities in front of an audience. Selected candidates are given the enrolment documents and a questionnaire to complete. Some scholarships are available on merit.
